## Job description

### Job Overview

Provides support for physical moves of people and equipment as well as technical support for the maintenance and infrastructure of the facility.

### Job Requirements

Providing day-to-day operational and maintenance assistance associated with facilities; ensuring adherence to the company's policies and procedures. Providing recommendations for processes to improve the efficiency of procedures and the quality of facilities support. Implementing preventative maintenance on facilities that are in-line with relevant routines and procedures. Repairing materials and facilities to resolve emerging critical situations with the help of the support team.

What your background should look like Estudios, prepa terminada y/o carrera tecnica Experiencia de 3 años en mantenimiento de edificio (Instalaciones eléctricas, neumáticas, mecánicas, hidráulicas) Conocimientos en el funcionamiento de compresores, chillers y HVAC (indispensable) Dominio del procedimiento de bloqueo y aseguramiento de energía (LOTO) Dominio en uso de instrumentos para la medición eléctrica AC/DC Dominio en el uso de herramientas manuales y eléctricas.

Conocimiento de reglas básicas de seguridad ambiental y patrimonial.

### Amplia experiencia con trabajos en altura Competencias

Trabajo en equipo, actitud de servicio, iniciativa, comunicación asertiva.
