## Job description

At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. 工作概况 Make new project plan per customer requirement, monitor and control project plan implementation; drive project management process improvement with the objective of ensuring new projects release to mass production as planned and within budget within the direction of project management rules and corporate policies. 职位要求 New project management, Capable to manage middle ~ high level complex project or strategic project independently (i) Quote to PJM/PM within 3 days after receiving inquires and follow up; (ii)
- Prepare project timeline or plan per customer requirement which considered potential project risk; (iii) Initiate kick-off meeting and assign task to team member and monitor the plan execution and progress to ensure the overall project deliverable meet the plan requirement (iv)
- Take necessary corrective actions when project delays (v)
- Keep contact with function team and provide regular progress report and issues to PJM. (vi) Initiate and organize project kick off / close meeting, summarize the pros and cons to prepare for next project. (vii)
- Coordinate first production order to ensure first order run smoothly (Viii) Initiate and organize the monthly project progress review meeting with team (ix)
- Prepare new project monthly progress report (xi)
- Facilitate the project to move forward when project is pended by bottleneck in order to ensure the new project successfully completed.

Process Improvement recommendation & implementation Find company procedure and process improvement opportunities related with new projects and provide improvement proposal and facilitate the proposal to take effect in order to improve new project management efficiency 岗位职责与任职要求 Bachelor’s degree or above Minimum 3 years of project management experience Fluent in spoken English; able to use English as a working language 竞争力 SET：战略、执行、人才（适用于经理）
