Your main tasks Pricing Analytics & Data Management Analyze pricing performance and profitability across product lines and customer accounts. Collect, manage, and interpret data from multiple business systems and sources. Upload and maintain pricing information within ERP systems. Process and support customer pricing requests. Utilize tools such as SQL, Tableau, Excel, and other analytical platforms to generate insights. Quantify tariff exposure and evaluate recovery performance. Business Analysis & Reporting Assess and improve the effectiveness of pricing strategies and book prices. Identify low-margin business opportunities and recommend corrective actions. Monitor pricing agreements and commercial performance. Investigate pricing leakage and transactional inconsistencies. Develop dashboards, KPIs, and management reports. Track realized versus expected pricing and tariff recovery results. Identify business risks and opportunities through advanced analytics. Pricing Strategy Support the development and deployment of pricing strategies aligned with business objectives. Define and track pricing performance metrics and KPIs. Develop pricing playbooks for key customers and product portfolios. Implement tariff recovery strategies through pricing actions and customer segmentation. Balance short-term margin recovery objectives with long-term commercial relationships and growth strategies. Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. Stakeholder Management & Communication Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product Management, Customer Service, and Operations teams. Present pricing analyses and recommendations to stakeholders. Translate complex data and business insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Support Sales teams with customer negotiation strategies and pricing guidance. Lead internal alignment on pricing initiatives, implementation timing, and customer communication plans. Market & Customer Insights Analyze industry, customer, and market segments to identify pricing opportunities. Incorporate market and supply chain trends into pricing recommendations. Assess customer price sensitivity and competitive dynamics. Recommend sustainable pricing strategies that support long-term growth and profitability Your ideal background Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Analytics, Financial Analysis, or a related discipline. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau. Experience working with ERP systems and business intelligence platforms. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions. Strong business acumen and financial understanding.
