Its core mission is to reduce time-to-market by delivering concept and pre-production solutions to customers within compressed timelines. As a Senior R&D/Product Development Engineer on the RRT, you will lead technical execution of early-stage development efforts, transforming customer requirements into manufacturable prototype solutions.
