## Job description

### Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Customer Service teams interact with customers and company sales representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales and post-sales service functions. They use phone, email, and the internet to manage customer correspondence and internal enquiries. They also investigate and resolve customer complaints. A key focus of the role is developing strong working relationships with customers and internal support functions.

### Your new role

Be the primary day-to-day interface for assigned account partners in the UK Carry out contract reviews on orders/schedules and process them within SAP Progress and expedite orders as requested.Process requests for quotations
- Process customer returns.Investigate credit and debit requests and queries, issuing credits/debits where necessary
- Conduct regular reviews with your account base to discuss OTD (On-Time Delivery), backlog, and general support issues.
- Review, action, and issue all relevant order-related reports Follow TESOG policies and procedures Proactively perform quote follow-up activities Your ideal background: Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and people at all levels of the organisation Proactive and flexible attitude with a strong team focus Organised and methodical approach with excellent attention to detail Demonstrable experience handling customers in a highly customer-oriented environment SAP experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Experience using Outlook, Word, and Excel #LI-Onsite #jobsEMEAAD
