### Job Overview

Leads the overall quality strategy for manufacturing processes, ensuring robust in-process controls and real-time defect prevention.

### Job Requirements

Mentoring, developing, and motivating quality engineering staff. Overseeing quality audits and compliance with industry standards. Leading cross-functional teams to resolve complex quality issues. Developing and implementing comprehensive quality management systems. What your background should look like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with 12 or more years of experience; or Masters with 10 or more years of experience; or PhD level with 6 or more years of experience; or local equivalent
