They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through production processes, and the establishment of key performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals. TE Connectivity's Supply Planning Leaders are responsible for the timely production and deliveries of goods, at cost-effective, optimizing our cash, while delivering excellent customer experience. They ensure the availability of Finish Goods in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the supply and service level as well as the stock healthiness, benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals and definition of Root causes to drive improvement. This role requires being ready to challenge status quo, roll up your sleeves and work together with cross-functional teams to develop and orchestrate the plans that will help our organization grow profitably. This role provides a unique path to grow as a leader in supply chain, while developing both business acumen and technological edge.
