## Job description

### Job Overview

Provide daily assistance,collect and prepare reports,manage the documents and company stamp and other related works with the objective of ensuring accurate and timely service for GM and Operation within TE values and policies.

### Job Requirements

Executive & Secretarial Support.Organize and manage weekly/monthly management meetings and VIP meetings, including agenda setting, material preparation, minutes taking, and follow-up tracking of key actions.Monitor execution of critical decisions and ensure timely feedback and closure across all functions.Coordinate and manage the General Manager’s daily schedule, including prioritization, reminders, and alignment with business priorities.Consolidate and prepare executive-level reports and dashboards as required by the

General Manager.Manage documentation workflow, including review, routing, and tracking of GM’s approvals and sign-offs.Oversee company seal administration, ensuring compliance, proper usage, and record management Administration & Event Management.Plan and continuously improve major company events (e.g., annual dinner), enhancing employee engagement and organizational culture.Lead VIP and government reception activities, ensuring high-quality execution and reinforcing corporate image.Coordinate cross-functional support for key visits, events, and internal initiatives

Government Affairs & Subsidy Management.Serve as the key liaison between Legal, managing regulatory inquiries, investigations, and information requests while ensuring compliance and timely documentation submission with the support of government affairs, and legal team,.Screen and evaluate government funding opportunities..Lead subsidy application and documentation preparation..Manage government-funded projects through approval, audit, and closeout.
