## Job description

### Job Overview

Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften sowie Ordnung und Sauberkeit Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen und störungsfreien Ablaufs der Produktion mit allen Nebentätigkeiten innerhalb der Schicht Proaktive Ausarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen bei voraussichtlicher Abweichung von Tages/Wochenzielen Sicherstellung einer termin- und mengengerechten Erfüllung der Produktionsaufträge sowie der Ablieferung an den nachfolgenden Stellen Organisation, Durchführung und Teilnahme an Verbesserungsworkshops (KAIZEN) Führung, Weiterentwicklung und Motivation von Mitarbeitern Überwachung und Kontrolle von Standards, Qualität, Terminen, Werkzeug Durchführung von Mitarbeiterbeurteilungen und Gesundheitsgesprächen Personal- und Urlaubsplanung in der zugeordneten Schicht, in enger Abstimmung mit den anderen Schichtmeistern in der Abteilung Optimierung, Pflege und Überwachung des Maschinenparks Verantwortung für den HVCA-Routinetester Bindeglied zwischen Planung, Produktion und Prozesstechnik

### Job Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Facharbeiterausbildung Metall/Elektro/Kunststoff mit fortgeführter Meisterqualifikation, ersatzweise langjährige Erfahrung im Bereich von Kaltschrumpfprodukten und Personalführung Fundierte Kenntnisse der Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe in der Produktion zwingend erforderlich Bereitschaft zur 3-Schicht Durchsetzungsvermögen, Selbstständigkeit, Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten Sicheres Auftreten und hohes Maß an unternehmerischem Denken Praktische Erfahrung in der Anwendung von TEOA Tools Sehr gute und einschlägige SAP- und Hydrakenntnisse Sichere PC-Kenntnisse (MS Office-Anwendungen) Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift Englisch in Wort und Schrift What your background should look like Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related work experience.

Requires completion of high school. Vocational training or an AA degree is preferred.
