## Job description

### Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Analyst to develop analytics solutions, enable data-driven decision-making, and support AI and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

### Job Requirements

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports. Analyze business data and generate actionable insights. Develop and optimize SQL and Python-based data solutions. Work with enterprise cloud data platforms, primarily Databricks. Support data validation, governance, and reporting automation. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytics solutions. Contribute to AI and GenAI initiatives, including prompt engineering and AI-enabled business solutions.

Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. Mandatory Skills SQL (Advanced) Power BI (Advanced) Python (Intermediate and Above) What your background should look like Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, or related field. 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering. We Look For Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Passion for data, automation, and innovation.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Continuous learning mindset with interest in emerging AI technologies.
