Review scopes of work, drawings, specifications, schedules, budgets, and project deliverables. Monitor project execution through regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, schedule, and budget requirements are being met.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, contracts, purchase orders, reports, photographs, and project correspondence. Review and approve invoices, change orders, and project closeout documentation. Partner with Procurement to evaluate and select contractors, consultants, and suppliers. Communicate project status, risks, milestones, and changes to stakeholders across the organization. Review architectural and engineering designs for constructability, code compliance, cost effectiveness, and long-term facility performance.

Support value engineering efforts and identify opportunities to improve project execution and reduce costs.
