## Job description

### Job Overview

MFG & PROCESS TECHNICIAN I is responsible for supporting the design, planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of new high-speed cable manufacturing projects. This role involves hands-on participation in production line debugging, pilot builds, and process validation. The technician documents process parameters, lessons learned and supports tooling readiness to ensure smooth product integration and scalable manufacturing.

### Education and Experience

Requirements Technical or Engineering degrees in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in cable or electronics assembly. Knowledge of process validation, tooling design, and production ramp-up. Ability to interpret technical drawings, process documentation, and engineering specifications. Experience with pilot builds, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
