About the role We are seeking a skilled and communicative Technical Presales Specialist to support the growth of IBM’s software solutions within Bulgaria. You will act as the technical expert for partners and customers, translating business needs into well‑designed technical solutions and supporting the adoption of IBM technologies across the partner ecosystem. ### Key Responsibilities Act as the go‑to technical expert for IBM software within the TD SYNNEX partner landscape. - Support partners in designing solutions, creating Bills of Materials and outlining technical architectures - Deliver technical presentations, demos, workshops and enablement sessions to partners and customers Join partner and customer meetings to provide technical guidance and support during the presales cycle - Identify customer pain points and translate these into IBM Software use cases and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) - Build strong technical relationships with IBM’s local and regional teams to stay aligned on updates, licensing, and programs Communicate IBM promotions, product changes and technical information to partners and internal TD SYNNEX teams - Respond quickly to technical questions and manage relevant resolver tasks - Support the Business Solution Centre (BSC) in driving partner engagement and technical activation Continuously expand your knowledge of IBM technologies and competitive platforms ### What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of experience in IBM software, cloud, data, or technical presales roles Familiarity with IBM Software concepts and awareness of competitive ecosystems.
