The role is responsible for enabling customer engagement through digital campaigns, marketing automation and data-driven insights, helping convert digital interactions into qualified sales opportunities while continuously improving the digital customer journey. ### Responsibilities Plan and coordinate digital demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email, web, social media, eCommerce and other digital platforms. Support the design and execution of customer journeys and marketing funnels to generate qualified leads. Segment target audiences and recommend the most effective digital approach for different customer profiles. Create and maintain landing pages, lead generation forms and digital campaign assets using marketing automation tools such as Marketo. Develop clear value propositions, storytelling and digital content to support business initiatives. Monitor campaign performance and analyse customer engagement to identify opportunities for improvement. Track lead generation activities and support Sales teams in following up digital opportunities. Build reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance and business impact. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Vendor Management and Business Units to ensure digital activities support business objectives. Identify new digital tools, AI capabilities and innovative approaches that improve customer engagement and demand generation. Knowledge, Skills & Experience Experience Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Enablement, Demand Generation or a similar role. Experience supporting digital campaigns and customer engagement initiatives. Experience using marketing automation platforms, preferably Marketo. ### Technical Skills Good understanding of digital marketing channels and customer journeys. Experience creating landing pages, lead generation forms and digital campaign assets. Familiarity with marketing automation and lead nurturing concepts. Ability to analyse digital performance using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) or similar. Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Comfortable working with business systems and reporting tools. Interest in using AI tools to create content, presentations, landing pages and other digital materials. ### Competencies Strategic and innovative mindset. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused approach. Excellent planning and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Curious about new digital technologies and AI. Proactive, adaptable and results-oriented. High attention to detail. Preferred Knowledge Marketing automation platforms (preferably Marketo). Digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4). Customer segmentation and marketing funnels. AI tools for content creation and productivity. Basic understanding of digital campaigns and customer engagement best practices. Languages Native or fluent Spanish (mandatory). Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written). ### Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field is desirable.
