This role combines business acumen, pricing expertise, and technical capabilities to identify opportunities, implement best practices, and drive sustainable profitability improvements across multiple markets. ### Key Responsibilities Pricing Excellence: Support implementation of pricing frameworks, including all trade margin components to ensure accurate margin management and prevent leakage. ### Margin Optimization Analyze country-level performance, identify leakage points, and recommend actionable strategies to improve profitability. ### Data-Driven Insights Leverage SAP and other tools to extract, validate, and interpret data for decision-making. ### Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with country profit managers, finance, and commercial teams to align on goals and deliver results. ### Process Improvement Standardize and optimize profit management processes across countries for scalability and efficiency. ### Performance Tracking Define KPIs, monitor progress, and report on margin improvement initiatives. ### Requirements Education: Master ’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field ( Master’s preferred). ### Experience 3 + years in profit management, pricing, or financial consulting roles. Proven track record of delivering margin improvement projects in a multinational environment. ### Technical Skills Working knowledge of SAP (pricing, condition records, margin analysis). Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI or similar). ### Business Skills Strong understanding of commercial models, pricing strategies, and P&L drivers. Ability to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. ### Soft Skills Goal-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a matrix organization. Excellent communication and influencing skills across cultures. ### Languages English required; additional European languages are a plus. ### Travel Up to 30% across European markets. ### Preferred Qualifications Preferred experience in IT distribution. Familiarity with margin analytics tools. Exposure to change management and capability building initiatives.
