This role ensures reliable, secure, scalable, and standardized collaboration experiences across all global locations. The position provides technical leadership for complex deployments, executive meeting spaces, town halls, and high-visibility events while driving technology roadmap decisions, lifecycle planning, vendor management, and operational excellence. The role exists to reduce business disruption, enhance collaboration effectiveness, and ensure long-term sustainability of the VC service Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Service Strategy, Standards, Governance and Roadmap Development - Architecture, Engineering, Testing, Design and Deployment - Service Operations, Incident, Problem and Change Management - Executive Events, Town Halls and Production Support - Lifecycle Planning, Security and Vendor Management - Analytics, Documentation, Reporting, Training and Continuous Improvement Experience & Qualifications: - >5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience - Microsoft Teams Rooms Certification ### Microsoft 365 Certified - Teams Administrator Associate At TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
