Prioritise tasks to meet agreed deadlines and service level agreements. Take ownership of customer queries, ensuring efficient and professional resolution. Build strong relationships with Internal Sales teams. Escalate issues promptly to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager. ### What You’ll Bring We’re not looking for perfection, we’re looking for passion, precision, and a commitment to excellence. Experience with order management and processes, using online ordering tools and systems Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset. Results-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
