## Job description

To manage the client expectations, by proactively engaging in calls/discussions to understand the process requirement, planning out the work allocation plan, ensure timely completion and submission of tasks.

### Typical Job Duties

Senior Leadership Role with 15 - 25 years of Exp in BFSI Industry with relevant experience in Operations/Delivery/Consulting Subject Matter Expert with extensive industry knowledge on Cards Domain Ideally should have managed cards Disputes operations in a bank or BPO for 7-10 years thus have a solid understanding of Disputes rules of schemes ( e.g.

MasterCard, VISA etc.) along with experience in Acquirer (Merchant) On-boarding and Servicing activities
- Delivers Thought Leadership
- Strong people, Process, Client & Stakeholders management skills Should be able to work independently and drive the team to achieve desired result.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Ability to Re-define processes and proactively know / understand & manage stakeholders expectation Leads / Manages work streams / sub-areas of engagement
- Leads Responsible for stakeholder management within work streams / sub-areas of engagement Responsible for overall engagement and management of the projects
