SN Required Information Details 1 Role Kafka Senior Administrator 2 Required Technical Skill Set
- Administer and support Confluent Cloud / Kafka platform environments.
- Configure and manage Kafka connectors, connector health, task failures, and deployment across environments.
- Manage security on Confluent Cloud, including RBAC, service accounts, credentials, and access controls.
- Configure and manage Schema Registry, schema lifecycle, compatibility rules, and schema governance.
- Manage topics, partitions, retention, DLQ topics, and platform-level configuration.
- Support Cluster Linking / replication / platform configuration where required.
- Support monitoring, audit logging, alerts, and operational readiness for Kafka platform components.
- Work with integration teams to support Kong Gateway-related API connectivity readiness and environment setup.
- Support SIT and E2E test phases by resolving connector, schema, topic, security, and platform issues.
- Perform platform troubleshooting, defect analysis, and production-readiness support across DEV / SIT / UAT / PROD.
- Work with GitLab-based deployment and automation processes for platform changes and controlled releases. 3
