## Job description

### Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Primary Skill

MongoDB Developer Secondary: Hadoop, Informatica Experience: Minimum 10 years Roles & Responsibilities Responsible to design, build, and optimize document-oriented NoSQL databases. Responsibilities include creating efficient schema designs, formulating aggregation pipelines, tuning query performance, and implementing scalability architectures like sharding and replication.

### Database Design
- Architect scalable NoSQL document schemas based on application workload and access patterns.

### Query & Indexing
- Develop, debug, and optimize complex queries and aggregation pipelines for high performance.

### Performance Tuning
- Monitor system health and optimize database read/write speeds, implementing caching or index strategies as needed.

### Infrastructure Management
- Configure and maintain replica sets and sharded clusters to ensure high availability and disaster recovery.

### Security & Backups
