### Role

Treasury & Cash Management Lead Skill: Finance and Accounting Experience: 8 years to 14 years Job Location: Hydrabad Shift-Night Shift Education:
- Minimum
- 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

A Master’s degree, CPA, CA, CMA or specialized P2P certification is highly advantageous.

### Must Have Skills

Treasury & Cash Management, Delivery Management, SLAs and KPIs, Team Management, Resource Planning, Customer Management ORACLE ERP, US GAAP, IFRS Strategic Liquidity Management & Funding Team Leadership & Service Delivery Advanced Cash Forecasting & Analytics Bank Relationship Management & Corporate Governance Oracle ERP & Treasury System Transformation Risk Control & Financial Audit Good-to-Have Skills:

### Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business discipline. A Master’s degree, MBA, or professional certifications such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), CA, CPA, CMA are highly preferred.

### Experience
- 7+ years of progressive corporate treasury and capital management operations, with at least 2–3 years in a clear supervisory or lead capacity.

### ERP Expertise
- Deep, advanced hands-on mastery utilizing Oracle ERP cash management and treasury applications in an enterprise corporate layout.

### Technical Knowledge
- Profound understanding of global payment rails (Swift, Fedwire, CHIPS, SEPA), banking connectivity architecture, cash modeling mechanics, and multi-currency accounting. Job Responsibility

We are seeking an accomplished and highly strategic Treasury & Cash Management Lead to direct our global treasury operations and liquidity frameworks. In this role, you will be responsible for the financial stewardship of our liquid assets, capital funding strategies, and corporate banking infrastructure. With 7+ years of progressive corporate treasury experience, you will act as the operational and strategic anchor—leading a high-performing treasury team, managing tier-1 banking relationships, enforcing strict internal controls, and optimizing Oracle ERP to maximize cash visibility, automate workflows, and mitigate capital risks.
