## Job description

### Role and Skill

Account Payable - Assistant Manager Experience: 7 years to 12 years Job Location: Pune Shift: 24x7 Job Qualification: - B.Com/M.com/MBA-Finance Responsibilities:- Good understanding of invoice processing / payments/vendor management/master data management/ Reconciliation. Knowledge of processing PO, Non PO invoices Excellent communication skills (oral & written) Exposure in MS Office Ensuring deliverables are done on time Essential to have ERP system hands on experience, preferably in SAP ERP MM Module, Service Now SAP Ariba etc Team handling & problem-solving skills 1-2-1 & feedback.

Appraisal in speed.

### Other Key responsibilities/Functional Support Activities

Onboarding & training of new employees Maintaining the list of team members and org chart
- Manage day-to-day operational level escalations Reporting of the request processed on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Monitor the Teams effectiveness and workload on weekly basis.

Skills & Experience:- Team handling experience with 30+ members. Stakeholder Management, Reporting, Projects, Accounts Payable process knowledge in Invoice processing in SAP, Payment run. Recon and Reporting and query handling (Service Now). Project Management. Knowledge of MM module in SAP, Service Now, Knowledge of TIS.
