## Job description

Collaborate with clients to understand HR processes and system requirements, document functional specifications, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Key Configurations in Employee Central modules - Employee Data Management, Position Management, Organizational Structure, Workflows, Business Rules, Event Reason Derivations Strong knowledge of EC data models, workflows, business rules, foundation objects, role-based permissions (RBP), and MDF Work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to analyze business requirements and transform them into scalable system solutions.

Manage data, including templates, transformation, validation, and upload via Import Tools.

## Qualifications
