[Apply on Tata Consultancy Services’s careers site →](https://ibegin.tcsapps.com/candidate/jobs/412928J) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Tata Consultancy Services](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/tata-consultancy-services/) / Microservices Lead ## Job description ### Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership: - Lead the design and implementation of microservices architecture using modern frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Node.js). - Be hands-on in coding, reviewing, and troubleshooting complex technical issues. - Define and promote best practices in microservices development, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native design. - Collaborate with squads to ensure architectural consistency and technical quality across services. - Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends. ### People Development - Mentor and coach chapter members to grow their technical and professional capabilities. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Identify skill gaps and organize targeted training or learning opportunities. - Support recruitment and onboarding of new chapter members. ### Strategic Alignment - Ensure chapter members are effectively deployed across squads to meet business needs. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. - Remove blockers and create an environment conducive to high performance and collaboration. ### Community & Knowledge Sharing - Facilitate regular chapter meetings to share insights, challenges, and best practices.
