### ServiceNow Now Assist Developer Job Title

ServiceNow Now Assist Developer Location: Pan India Experience: 4+ Years

### Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Now Assist Developer to design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions using ServiceNow Now Assist and the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow development, Generative AI capabilities, workflow automation, and integration management to enhance employee and customer experiences.

### Key Responsibilities

Develop and configure ServiceNow Now Assist solutions across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and other ServiceNow modules. Implement Generative AI use cases, including AI-powered search, summarization, virtual agents, and workflow automation. Design and develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations. Customize and optimize Now Assist capabilities to meet business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI-driven automation opportunities.

Ensure platform security, performance, scalability, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Now Assist and ServiceNow implementations. Support platform upgrades and feature enhancements.

### Required Skills

Strong experience in ServiceNow Development (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or FSM). Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Assist / Generative AI capabilities. Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs. Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts). Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and conversational AI solutions. Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications and data sources.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

### Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). Certification or experience in ServiceNow AI Intelligence / Now Assist. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

### Employment Type

Full-time Notice Period Preference: Immediate to 30 Days
