The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, governing, and optimizing Microsoft Copilot solutions across the enterprise while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to drive AI adoption and productivity improvements. ### Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation and administration of Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions. Configure and manage Copilot integrations across Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Assess organizational readiness and implement Copilot governance, security, and compliance controls. Work with business teams to identify use cases and automation opportunities using Copilot. Design and deploy AI-assisted workflows and productivity solutions. Monitor Copilot performance, usage analytics, and adoption metrics. Collaborate with Security, Compliance, Infrastructure, and Application teams to ensure secure AI deployment. Conduct user training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities. Develop governance frameworks, operational procedures, and best practices. Troubleshoot Copilot-related issues and provide advanced technical support. Support integration with Azure AI, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, and enterprise applications. ### Required Skills Microsoft Technologies Microsoft 365 Copilot Microsoft 365 Administration Microsoft Teams SharePoint Online OneDrive Exchange Online Microsoft Graph API Cloud & AI Microsoft Azure Azure OpenAI Services Azure AI Services Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID) Security & Compliance Microsoft Purview Data Security and Compliance Identity and Access Management Governance and Risk Management Automation & Development Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) PowerShell REST APIs Automation and Workflow Design ### Preferred Skills Azure DevOps Terraform Generative AI Solutions Prompt Engineering Knowledge Management Solutions Enterprise AI Governance Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 6-10 years of IT experience with at least - 2+ years in Microsoft 365 and AI-related technologies. Experience implementing Microsoft Copilot or similar AI productivity platforms. ### Preferred Certifications Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert Microsoft Certified: AI Engineer Associate Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect ### Key Competencies Strong stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Problem-solving and analytical thinking. Ability to lead enterprise-wide AI adoption initiatives. Experience working in global enterprise environments.
