[Apply on Tata Consultancy Services’s careers site →](https://ibegin.tcsapps.com/candidate/jobs/425010J) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Tata Consultancy Services](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/tata-consultancy-services/) / SAP SuccessFactors Consultant ## Job description ### Job Description mandatory SN Required Information Details 1 Role Functional Consultant 2 Required Technical Skill Set SuccessFactors Employee Central & Compensation consultant 3 No of Requirements 1 4 ### Desired Experience Range 6-8 years 5 Location of Requirement Sydney, Australia Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have (Ideally should not be more than 3-5) - Minimum 4 – 5 End-End-To Implementations in EC and Compensation - Should have SAP SuccessFactros Employee Central certification - Should have SAP SuccessFactors Compenstion and Variable Pay certification - Experience in Position Management, Data Models, Events & Event derivation, RBP. - Hands on experience in MDF Objects, Rules, and Workflows - Experience in Compensation Route maps/Approval process and step types for Comp, Variable pay and combined templates. - Hands on experience in Custom break up calculations in Compensation templates, Compensation statement, Rewards and Recognition - Excellent experience in running Advanced and ad-hoc reports based on the requirements - Good Knowledge in HR Business Processes and Talent Management Processes - Experience in Successfactors Integration with EC Payroll and other systems and integration center. - Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development - Experience in handling incidents and well versed in error analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving. ### Good-to-Have - Knowledge in intelligent Services - Experience in other modules including Core HR, Time and Attendance etc. is an added advantage. - Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements and support in presales - Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management - Experience in proactively monitoring solutions and application and suggest improvement areas. - SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes 2 Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organization 3 Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment. 4 Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors 5 Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks.
