## Job description

### Role

Technical Admin (Civil / Electrical)

### Emperience

2-7 Years Location: Mumbai

### Key Responsibilities

Manage large campus/facility operations, including technical facilities, security, transport, and vendor services. Oversee MEP systems, HVAC, chillers, power systems, transformers, DG, UPS, and Building Management Systems (BMS). Handle vendor management, AMC contracts, procurement, budgeting, audits, and statutory compliance. Liaise with government authorities and manage SEZ/STPI-related processes. Drive safety, fire protection, sustainability initiatives, and workplace operational excellence.

### Required Skills

Strong experience in facility operations, technical facility management, vendor management, and team leadership. Knowledge of MEP systems, power generation/distribution, HVAC, BMS, fire safety, and sustainability practices. Expertise in procurement, contract management, budgeting, audits, and government liaison. Proficient in MIS, reporting, and computer applications. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
