The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing high-volume hiring, leading recruitment teams, and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver best-in-class hiring outcomes across India. ### Key Responsibilities - Team Leadership & Delivery - Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and achievement of hiring targets. - Drive recruitment strategy execution for bulk, lateral, and corporate function hiring across IT and technology roles. - Ensure adherence to timelines, quality benchmarks, and process excellence. - Stakeholder & Client Management - Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business leaders. - Act as a key point of contact for escalations and complex hiring challenges. - Provide strategic hiring insights and workforce planning support. - End-to-End Recruitment Management - Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to onboarding. - Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality of hire. - Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Process & Metrics Management - Track, analyze, and report recruitment KPIs and metrics. - Leverage data insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness. - Drive continuous process improvements and adoption of best practices. - Employer Branding & Market Intelligence - Stay updated on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitor practices. - Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. ### Key Requirements - Minimum 12+ years of experience in HRO services or talent acquisition, with at least 5+ years in a team management role. - Proven track record in managing high-volume IT and corporate hiring across India. - Strong client and stakeholder management skills, with experience handling escalations. - Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or technology-driven environments is preferred. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and drive decisions. ### Preferred Skills - Experience in scaling recruitment operations. - Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment technologies. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
