## Job description

### Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Primary Skill

Product Owner Secondary: Payments, WIRES experience Experience: Minimum 10 years Roles & Responsibilities

### Backlog Management
- Own, groom, and prioritize the agile product backlog using tools like JIRA. Define clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

### Payment Strategy
- Oversee the transition from legacy wire architectures to modern payment rails (e.g., ISO 20022, FedNow).

### Stakeholder Alignment
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, compliance officers, and IT delivery teams.

### Quality Assurance
- Review and accept Agile deliverables, ensuring specified acceptance criteria and compliance standards are met prior to release TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
