## Job description

A data analyst transforms raw information into actionable business insights. They are responsible for collecting, cleaning, and modeling datasets to identify trends, then building visual dashboards and reports to guide strategic, data-driven decision-making across an organization.

### Technical Proficiency

Expertise in SQL for data extraction and scripting languages like Python or R.

### Visualization Tools

Proficiency with reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.

### Analytical Mindset

Strong statistical and critical thinking skills to connect data points to business outcomes.

### Soft Skills

Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to clearly deliver both positive and negative results
