## Job description

### Role

Finance SPOC Education: Commerce Graduate/ICWA

### Desired Experience

Range 4-6 Yrs Location of Requirement: Mumbai Must Have Basic Knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes
- Knowledge of Procurement Processes
- Understating on GTS & Other Taxes
- Working knowledge of handling/conducting audits
- Excellent communication skills
- Mastery on MIS (Ms Excel, word and Power Point)
- Willing to work, learn and perform under extreme pressure
- Open to travel within the state
- Experience of functioning in a cross functional environment
- Open to take complete ownership, responsibility & accountability of assigned work Good-to-Have Team Skills, Data Analytical Skills Responsibilities:
- Sharing of Provisioning data (Electricity, Diesel, Manpower, Misc) monthly to TCS iON Finance.
- Raising GPS request for Electricity and Diesel expense.
- Collection of invoices from partners
- Verification of invoices
- Uploading invoices for business verification (CPay Portal)
- Sharing of Business verification approval to partners.
- Ensuring timely uploading of invoices by partners in VMS.
- Uploading diesel and Electricity invoices in GPS
- Dispatch of Original invoice to branch finance.
- Collection of NDC from partners
- Sharing of weekly finance report to ZADM
- Updating the invoice payment status in performance dashboard monthly.
- Tracking of funds remaining in Purchase Order.
