A CPA, CFA, or MBA is a strong advantage. ### Must Have Skills FP&A Budgeting & Forecasting, Financial & Variance Analysis, Data Management, ORACLE ERP Advance MS Excel, Hyperion, Power BI Budgeting, Forecasting & Modeling Financial Analysis & Variance Reporting Strategic Insight & Business Partnering Oracle ERP System & Data Management Good-to-Have Skills: ### Education - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. A CPA, CFA, or MBA is a strong advantage. ### Experience - 4+ years of dedicated corporate FP&A or financial analysis experience. ### ERP & Systems Expertise - Hands-on experience working with Oracle ERP and planning platforms (e.g., Oracle EPM, Hyperion, Smart View) is required. ### Technical Knowledge - Strong understanding of corporate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), accounting policies, and capital allocation frameworks. ### Soft Skills - Outstanding communication and presentation skills; ability to confidently articulate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders. ### Tools - Advanced mastery of MS Excel (financial modeling, formulas, data tables) and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
