Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM/system. ### Good to Have Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Quality Scores Average Handle Time (AHT) Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Productivity targets
