## Job description

### Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Experienced Workday Functional Consultant supporting L2/L3 production support and agile enhancements across HCM modules. Focus on system stability, continuous improvement, and stakeholder alignment.

### Provide L2/L3 support
- incident triage, root cause analysis, issue resolution

### Deliver enhancements
- configure business processes, security, validations, calculated fields

### Support Workday modules
- Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation

### Manage releases
- impact analysis, regression testing, UAT support
- Support integrations & data validation with technical teams
- Build reports/dashboards ensuring data integrity and access control
- Collaborate with HR, IT, vendors; drive issue resolution and improvements
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and governance compliance

### Required Skills
- 5–8 years Workday functional experience
- Strong AMS (support + enhancement) experience
- Expertise in 2–3 modules (Core HCM, Benefits etc.)
- Experience in BP configuration, security, reporting
- Knowledge of incident/problem/change management Preferred
- Exposure to integrations (EIB, Core Connectors)
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience
- Workday certification
- Experience in global deployments
