## Job description

### Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements
- Drive solution architecture and technical design decisions for complex systems
- Lead Agile Scrum teams and ensure adherence to Sprint deliverables
- Perform code reviews, design reviews, and enforce coding standards
- Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams for seamless delivery
- Manage production issues, enhancements, and continuous improvements
- Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, and automation pipelines
- Stay updated on emerging technologies including AI/ML and cloud-native architectures ________________________________________ Technical Skills (Must Have)
- Strong experience in Java (Spring Boot, Microservices architecture)
- Hands-on experience with React JS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
- Experience with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, Boards, Repos)
- Expertise in GitHub Enterprise / version control / branching strategies
- Experience in building cloud-native and containerized applications (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and integration patterns
- Exposure to AI/ML tools, Generative AI, or AI-assisted development tools ________________________________________ Functional & Leadership Skills
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery model
- Ability to engage with business stakeholders and convert requirements into solutions
- Proven experience in technical leadership and mentoring teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in distributed global teams (onshore/offshore model) ________________________________________ Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-based coding tools (e.g., Copilot, LLMs)
- Domain experience in Insurance / Financial Services (optional)

### Salary Range

$110,000 to $130,000 per year
