[Apply on Tata Consultancy Services’s careers site →](https://ibegin.tcsapps.com/candidate/jobs/424356J) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Tata Consultancy Services](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/tata-consultancy-services/) / Siemens Opcenter Discrete Senior Developer ## Job description ### Must Have Technical/Functional Skills - Implementation and support of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) on Siemens Opcenter MOM platform - Handson development experience in Opcenter MOM platform – Discrete Module. - Experience in Siemens MOM platform including - Opcenter EX FN, APS, MOM Connect, IPL, Mendix. - Domain experience in Aero Industry (Preferred) / Discrete / Mfg. ### Industry - Good understanding of Opcenter Execution Discrete modules and its functionality - Knowledge of Closed Loop Manufacturing (PLM and ERP) - Good understanding of Discrete business process for complex assembly manufacturing - Knowledge of APIs, middleware, messaging queues and enterprise integration patterns - Knowledge of Opcenter customization & extensions - Knowledge of OPC-UA, PLC/SCADA interfacing - Analytical skills, problem solving and attention to detail. - Good Knowledge of Agile framework. ### Roles & Responsibilities - Work with customer stakeholders on solution design based on Siemens Opcenter MOM platform. - Techno-Functional Analysis and impact assessment of change and new requirements, provide efficient and optimum solution to complex business problems - Ability to provide product and technical guidance on Opcenter applications to team members. - Development in Opcenter Discrete modules - Translate the solution requirement and work with development team to build. - Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request, Change Management. - Managing periodic governance and reporting. - Team Management, Customer management, knowledge management. - Coordination with manufacturing site, contextualize shop floor operations, understand & support customer’s manufacturing & business processes. - SLA and KPI management, ensuring uptime and application availability. - Identify and implement continuous process improvement opportunities. - Coordination & contribute with MES COE, Interfacing application teams, and Digital Manufacturing initiatives. - Closely coordinate and work with product team to ensure seamless operations, upgrades, implementations etc. Generic Managerial Skills, If any - Good Communication skill, with good understanding of domain should be able to analyze requirement and explain solution to client, Good Communication and articulation skill, good team player, people management, project management, customer management. ### Base Salary Range $160,000 to $180,000 Per Annum TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive. ### Comprehensive Medical Coverage Medical & Health, Dental & Vision, Disability Planning & Insurance, Pet Insurance Plans. ### Family Support Maternal & Parental Leaves. ### Insurance Options Auto & Home Insurance, Identity Theft Protection. ### Convenience & Professional Growth Commuter Benefits & Certification & Training Reimbursement. ### Time Off Vacation, Time Off, Sick Leave & Holidays. ### Legal & Financial Assistance Legal Assistance, 401K Plan, Performance Bonus, College Fund, Student Loan Refinancing. #LI-SV2 #LI-KUMARAN
