We are a global leader in the technology arena and there’s nothing that can stop us from growing together. ### What we are looking for Role Nice CXOne - Develope Experience Range: 8 – 12 Years Location: PAN INDIA Must Have: - Hands-on experience with NICE CXone development (Studio, APIs, scripting). - Strong understanding of Cisco UCCE/UCCX call flows and routing logic. - Proficiency in programming languages (JavaScript, Python, or.NET). Experience with REST APIs, web services, and data exchange formats (JSON, XML). ### Good Have - The NICE CXone Developer Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing NICE CXone applications - Build integrations between CXone and enterprise systems (CRM, WFM, reporting tools). - Support the migration from Cisco contact center platforms (UCCE/UCCX) to NICE CXone - Translate Cisco call flows and routing scripts into NICE CXone equivalents. - Work with NICE CXone APIs, RESTful services, and connectors for third-party systems.
