## Job description

Role:- Chief AI Officer Experience Range:- 4 to 10 Yrs Location:- Gurgaon Must Have:- Familiarity with SWIFT MT/MX messaging standards and ISO 20022. Knowledge of cloud-based AI platforms, MLOps, and data governance. Ability to balance innovation with regulatory compliance in banking and capital markets. Must Have:- Strategic AI Leadership Develop an AI roadmap for TCS BaNCS products, focusing on automation in Corporate Actions and related financial operations.

Identify opportunities to integrate Generative AI for document automation, intelligent reporting, and conversational interfaces. AI Governance & Compliance Establish frameworks for ethical AI and GenAI use in financial services, ensuring adherence to global regulatory standards (MiFID, FATCA, ISO 20022). Oversee risk management for AI deployments in sensitive financial domains.
