Create migration waves/move groups and cutover plans Coordinate migration of servers, storage, databases, networks, middleware, and applications. Establish project schedules, milestones, and governance structures Responsible for oversight of team members, setting deadlines, designating assignments, and monitoring every stage of project progress Collaborate with business owners, application teams, infrastructure SMEs, OEMs, and third-party vendors. Discussion with senior management to discuss project plans and requirements Planning projects with team members to create a structure for project completion Delegating tasks to team members to keep the project on schedule Skills: - Data Center Migration - Cloud Migration (Azure, AWS, GCP) - Hybrid Cloud Architecture - Infrastructure Transformation - Program & Project Management - Risk and Stakeholder Management - ITIL Processes - Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery - Vendor Management - Executive Communication
