## Job description

An individual with prior demonstrated experience in Retail Banking Operations practice and in the operations delivery, Consulting services at complex large and mid-sized banks and financial institutions. Typically viewed as a subject matter expert retail banking across Every day banking, Deposit operations, loans operations.
- Knowledge about emerging trends
- Handle consulting engagements related to process transformation and optimization Supporting clients with regards to performance improvement, operating models and service delivery, primarily in the Retail banking space
- Work with IT on various automation initiatives
- Prepare pro-active pitches for various target clients across the market and working with BRMs Highly effective communication with all levels of the organization including senior management
