Translate business requirements into functional configurations and solution designs. - Provide L2/L3 functional support for Kofax incidents, service requests, and production issues. - Triage and resolve functional issues related to document capture, classification, extraction, validation, and workflow routing. - Coordinate with Ko fax product support and technical teams for complex issues and defect resolution - Support governance activities including configuration standards, access controls, audit readiness, and change management. - Configure and maintain Kofax components such as: - Intelligent Document Processing / Capture - · Invoice capture and validation rules - · Workflow and exception handling - · ERP integration touchpoints (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Drive process optimisation and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy. Support end-to-end document flow from capture through ERP posting Assist with reconciliation, data validation, and exception analysis. Work with integration teams to ensure stable and compliant interfaces Strong funct ional experience with Kofax / Tungsten Automation platforms. Hands-on experience in document capture, IDP, invoice processing, and workflow automation. Experience supporting finance-related processes (AP/AR, invoices, controls). Proven ability to work directly with business and shared services stakeholders - · Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and management. - Communicate project updates, issues, and solutions clearly and concisely. - Prepare and deliver clear reports, presentations, and documentation
