## Job description

Role - Decision Science Analyst Experience Required - 7+ Years Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Technical
- Python & SQL
- Statistics & ML basics (regression, classification)
- Data visualization (Power BI / Tableau)
- Excel (advanced) Functional
- Business understanding (BFSI/domain knowledge)
- Analytical problem solving
- Decision support & insights generation
- Stakeholder communication Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights
- Build statistical and machine learning models
- Translate business problems into analytical solutions
- Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders
- Support decision-making with data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with business and technical teams Base Salary Range: $100,000 to $140,000 Per Annum TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
