## Job description

### Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Prisma product (implementation, change control, testing).
- GlobalProtect (GP) and ForcePoint cutover processes.
- Mac OS and Windows OS administration.
- On-Prem server management.
- Citrix environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex EUC transitions and new builds.
- Excellent understanding of change management processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills at L3+ level. Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives </p
