## Job description

### Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Desktop support
- SCCM
- Imaging and Patch Management
- Software Distribution
- Good communication Roles & Responsibilities
- Deskside Management, Touch Support, Local IT, Imaging, O365 Support, Investigate and troubleshoot software and desktop issues.
- Provided all desktop, laptop, printer, and proprietary software support and administrative functions to support desktop user issues.
- Remote support & troubleshooting of end user issues
- Windows OS, MacBook support
- Zscaler troubleshooting
- The Engineer is responsible for managing and support end-end Remote Desktop related activities.
- Should be able to understand business, technical requirements, and provide solution, design and implementation approach for SCCM, Intune and Windows 10 o Must have prior experience in Design and Implementation of SCCM hierarchy
- Must have prior experience of Design and Implement migration to SCCM from other tools Generic Managerial Skills:
- Excellent communication
- Team collaboration
- Documentation and knowledge sharing

### Any Technical Certification is Preferred Salary Range
- $64,000 - $85,000 a year #LI-CM2
