[Apply on Tata Consultancy Services’s careers site →](https://ibegin.tcsapps.com/candidate/jobs/420866J) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Tata Consultancy Services](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/tata-consultancy-services/) / Director of AI Innovation ## Job description ### About the Job Leadership & People Management - Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Technical Project Managers across multiple initiatives - Set delivery standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for program execution - Conduct performance management, coaching, and career development for TPMs - Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement Program & Delivery Management: - Own end to end delivery of complex, multi stream programs across the construction supply chain lifecycle - Drive planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and milestone tracking - Ensure alignment across product, engineering, procurement, logistics, and operations teams - Manage program financials including budgets, forecasts, and vendor costs - Establish and report on KPIs, OKRs, and executive dashboards Construction Supply Chain Domain Ownership: ### Apply strong domain knowledge across - Procurement & sourcing - Logistics, warehousing, and inventory - Supplier and subcontractor management - Cost controls and schedule impacts - Translate construction and supply chain business requirements into executable technical roadmaps - Identify process inefficiencies and recommend technology driven improvements Stakeholder Communication & Executive Engagement: - Serve as the primary communication interface for senior leadership and business sponsors - Present program status, risks, trade-offs, and decisions clearly and confidently - Align cross functional stakeholders with competing priorities and timelines ### Influence without authority across matrixed global teams Qualifications - 13+ years of overall experience in program/project management or technology delivery - 2+ years leading teams of Technical PMs - Proven experience delivering programs in one or more of the following domains: Construction, Engineering, or Supply chain domains - Strong background managing complex, cross system, enterprise scale initiatives Domain Knowledge: - Solid understanding of construction supply chain processes and constraints - Experience working with ERP, procurement systems, logistics platforms tools - Familiarity with how supply chain disruptions impact construction schedules and costs Skills & Competencies: - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capability - Excellent problem solving, risk management, and decision-making skills - Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on execution - Experience with Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery models Salary Range: $199,500 - $260,000 a year #LI-MG2
