## Job description

### Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with technical leadership responsibilities
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce platform architecture
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and event-driven integrations
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Modeling, ETL/Data Migration, and Data Governance
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with Generative AI/Agentic AI tools and Salesforce Einstein AI/Agentforce
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (mandatory) Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce solution design, development, and technical delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Design integrations, data migration solutions, and scalable platform architecture.
- Drive code quality, DevOps, security, governance, and AI-assisted development practices.
- Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with architects, business teams, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

### Salary Range

$150,000 -$160,000 year TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
