[Apply on Tata Consultancy Services’s careers site →](https://ibegin.tcsapps.com/candidate/jobs/419557J) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Tata Consultancy Services](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/tata-consultancy-services/) / SOC Leader & Senior Security SME ## Job description ### Role SOC Leader & Senior Security SME Work Location: Redditch, UK - Security Operations Leadership - Lead the SOC service and SOC team across onsite/offshore (TCS) - Lead security incident handling and personally manage any major security incident, along with SOC and Security Engineering teams (TCS), and other technical teams (TCS / customer / other partners) - Coordinate with Security Engineering team (TCS) - Drive better investigations and analysis of complex security incidents escalated from L1/L2 SOC analysts - Liaise with customer security stakeholders and drive relationship growth - Own service reporting and customer liaisons - Drive customer satisfaction and customer delight - Enable business growth by discovering opportunities, and invite sales/solution teams to drive it further - Internally report into TCS Cybersecurity and TCS Account Management leaders - Externally report into the customer ### Security Operations Manager - Security Engineering & Platform Management - Lead the SIEM platform engineering initiatives - Design and drive appropriate improvement measures to improve security posture and improve service execution - Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure teams to wholistically drive improvement initiatives across technical landscape based on security imperatives - Focus on automations, AI initiatives to drive security posture improvements - Documentation & Reporting - Ensure production of comprehensive incident reports and root cause analyses - Ensure technical documentation for use cases, configurations, response procedures, and data source onboarding - Generate regular dashboards and reports for leadership and compliance stakeholders
