Good understanding of Time Off rules,configuration of Time Objects, like Time Profiles, Time Types - Experince in Successfactors Integration Center and experience in reporting including story report. - Experience in Successfactors Integration with EC Payroll and SAP HCM systems - Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development - Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management - Experience in proactively monitoring solutions and application and suggest improvement areas. - Knowledge on other modules is an added advantage Good to have skills: Knowledge of Intelligence Services Experience in other modules including Core HR, Time and Attendance etc. is an added advantage. - Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements and support in presales
