## Job description

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and CRM processes.

Experience with: Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Marketing Cloud (preferred) Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules Reports & Dashboards Technical expertise (if applicable): Apex, SOQL, SOSL Lightning Components / LWC / Visualforce Experience with integration tools and APIs (REST/SOAP). Knowledge of data modeling, security model, and sharing rules. Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
